Toby joined the Center for Health Systems Effectiveness in November 2021.  He coordinates human resources and administrative functions for the Center.  He has his Master’s in secondary mathematics education and holds certifications in educational leadership and administration. Prior to joining CHSE, Futch worked as a high school educator and administrator, where he helped create, support and implement effective systems, and support student and staff success.
