How To: Subscribe to the Library News listserv

In response to suggestions from the campus community, the OHSU Library has implemented a listserv as a mechanism for distributing timely information concerning additions to the print and electronic collections, library services and technical tips on using new or existing services.

Users who choose to subscribe will receive an automatic e-mail when the Library publishes "What's New" announcements on the Library Web page or articles in Outlook. The volume on this listserv will be limited to four to five e-mails per month.

For OHSU PERSONNEL

    Subscribing to the Library News listserv

  1. Send an e-mail to internet:majordomo@ohsu.edu as the address (without the quote marks).

  2. Leave the subject field blank.

  3. In the message field, type subscribe libnews youremail@ohsu.edu (again without the quote marks and where 'youremail' is your OHSU e-mail address)
    Unsubscribing from the Library News listserv

  1. Send an e-mail to internet:majordomo@ohsu.edu as the address (without the quote marks).

  2. Leave the subject field blank.

  3. In the message field, type unsubscribe libnews youremail@ohsu.edu (again without the quote marks and where 'youremail' is your OHSU e-mail address)
