Target Audience: Unions, Community-Based Groups, State and Local Agencies, Placement Companies and Agencies, Small Business Owners, Community Clinic & Health Service Providers, Safety and Human Resource Professionals, Contractors.

Workshop Details: In the modern economy more and more people work outside the traditional model of a long-term employer-employee relationship. These include day laborers, staffing agency employees, contract workers, and self-represented homecare, service, and agricultural employees. This workshop targets the challenges of protecting safety and health in these workplaces while providing opportunities for participants to share solutions, resources and create support networks.
