Evaluation of Oregon's 1115 Medicaid Waiver for the Oregon Health Authority
In 2012, Oregon executed an agreement to restructure its Medicaid program—called a Medicaid demonstration waiver—with the federal Centers for Medicare &Medicaid Services (CMS). The Oregon Health Authority (OHA) engaged CHSE to carry out a summative evaluation of the waiver as required by CMS, and to evaluate specific components of the waiver.

The Idaho Department of Health and Welfare engaged CHSE to evaluate behavioral health care under Idaho's Medicaid program and provide recommendations for improving care.
Return-on-Investment Analysis for Multnomah County
The Multnomah County Health Department engaged CHSE to analyze the prevalence and costs of chronic disease among Multnomah County Medicaid members and calculate return-on-investment from disease management programs in order to help policymakers identify optimal targets for public health investment.
