HIPAA

• Description: All AIRC workers must be educated on HIPAA privacy standards.
• Training: Workers must complete the "HIPAA - Privacy and You" computer-based education program on OHSU's Big Brain site
• Restrictions: The "HIPAA - Privacy and You" module must be completed before physical access to areas containing protected health information (PHI) is granted.
