The Sidney and Lillian Zetosch Fund of the Oregon Community Foundation
This fund was established with a gift to the Oregon Community Foundation from the estate of Sidney and Lillian Zetosch. The intent of the fund is to buy educational equipment for children with special health needs. OCCYSHN receives an annual distribution of these funds from the Oregon Community Foundation.
- child is aged 3-21
- child has been diagnosed with a disability or health condition
- child’s family is low-income (see application for details)
- child lives in Oregon
- equipment requested addresses educational needs
- application is made by someone who works with the child in a professional capacity (not family).
Paper applications are no longer accepted. All applications are submitted through the HIPAA-compliant website linked below.
