The OHSU Department of Urology provides caring and comprehensive services for women suffering from pelvic floor disorders. Led by Dr. Kamran Sajadi, a board-certified and fellowship-trained specialist in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery, our program diagnoses and treats a wide variety of diagnoses including:

  • Female sexual dysfunction
  • Incontinence
  • Neurologic bladder dysfunction
  • Overactive bladder
  • Pelvic organ prolapse
  • Urethral diverticulum
  • Vesicovaginal, urethrovaginal, ureterovaginal fistulas

Dr. Kamran Sajadi, M.D. has been a faculty member with the Department of Urology since 2011. He is one of the first physicians in the state of Oregon to become board certified in both urology and female pelvic medicine & reconstructive surgery (FPMRS). Dr. Sajadi is experienced in both open and minimally invasive and robotic surgical techniques. After having completed his FPMRS training under the guidance of world-renowned leaders at The Cleveland Clinic, Dr. Sajadi joined the OHSU Urology faculty in 2011, where he now also collaborates with other pelvic floor specialists at the OHSU Center for Women’s Health. In addition to female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery, Dr. Sajadi also has expertise in neurourology, urinary diversion, complex urologic reconstruction, BPH/LUTS in men and bladder disorders affecting men and women.
