About me

Terry joined the Anticoagulation Clinic in 2010 after almost a year in the ambulatory float pool. Among her other clinical duties, Terry's main responsibility is to get our patients efficiently roomed and ready for the nurse practioners, but she also brings strong organizational skills and insight into the clinic's operational flow. With her many years of experience in an office setting, Terry really enjoys the change to the fast-paced schedule of our clinic.

Terry grew up in Hawaii and although no longer living in the islands, she continues to maintain and promote the aloha spirit here in the Northwest. Terry's hobbies include grand-parenting, cycling, traveling with her husband in their Sprinter RV, and a love of all things Hawaiian.

Insurance

Before scheduling your appointment, we recommend you contact your insurance company to verify that the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is included in your network. Your insurance company will also be able to inform you of any copayments, co–insurance, or deductibles that will be your responsibility. If you proceed in scheduling an appointment and your health insurance benefits do not participate with OHSU providers, your out of pocket liability may be higher. Visit the billing and insurance section of our site for more information.
