Meet our preventive cardiology team
Dr. Sergio Fazio is director of OHSU's Center for Preventive Cardiology and is board certified in Lipidology (cholesterol). Dr. Fazio and his research team have relocated from Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where he was chief of Cardiovascular Disease Prevention.

Our program begins with a comprehensive cardiovascular risk assessment. Once your risks are identified, a preventive program is developed based on your individual needs. Treatment options can include:
