We are committed to building sustainable collaborative relationships to identify and address the cancer burden in the region. We aim to help create statewide programs for racial and ethnic populations that:

  • Are led by, controlled by and responsive to the community
  • Stabilize funding for ongoing research and service in cancer education, prevention and control
  • Have pathways for timely access to cancer care
  • Aim to reduce morbidity and mortality
  • Seek to improve quality of life for people with cancer
