TEAM-PD: A NOVEL MODEL INTEGRATING MEDICAL & REHABILITATIVE CARE
This workshop is designed to develop skills in treating people with Parkinson's disease with a comprehensive rehab team approach. While presented from an outpatient viewpoint, this information is useful for therapists in all settings as well as essential for exercise trainers who offer community programs.
