About me

I started my career in family practice medicine. After five years of family practice I transitioned to nephrology in 2011. As part of OHSU's Nephrology Division, I help manage our outpatient hemodialysis patients. I see our patients while they are receiving dialysis at their respective community units. I travel to see patients in the greater Portland area, Hood River, The Dalles and Vancouver, WA. I work as a team with each patient’s primary nephrologist to provide patient centered continuity of care. My previous experience in primary care has allowed me to provide more complete care for our medically complex patients. I strive to provide excellent medical care and make each patient feel that their nephrology team is supporting their needs.

Insurance

Before scheduling your appointment, we recommend you contact your insurance company to verify that the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is included in your network. Your insurance company will also be able to inform you of any copayments, co–insurance, or deductibles that will be your responsibility. If you proceed in scheduling an appointment and your health insurance benefits do not participate with OHSU providers, your out of pocket liability may be higher. Visit the billing and insurance section of our site for more information.
