About me

Dr. Chopra is trained and certified in both general and transplant nephrology. He began his career as clinical faculty at the University of Michigan, where he focused on taking care of kidney transplant patients, while working towards a master of science in clinical research/ biostatistics and participating in administrative projects for the Transplant Center. He then joined a private practice in Oregon to expand his clinical practice to include community- based general nephrology. Dr. Chopra returned to academics at OHSU and will practice both general and transplant nephrology. His interests include providing compassionate care, evaluating clinical outcomes, and teaching.
