Personal Interests:

I am interested in the role of companion animals in the lives of older adults, especially during transitional care periods. My background in nursing and veterinary medicine has given me insight to appreciate the unique role animals have in a person's life. In my own life I have several cats, a wonderful husband and a brilliant son. I am a Portland native and currently live in SE Portland.
