4th Annual Musculoskeletal Update for Primary Care
September 6-7, 2018

This program has been designed to explore the diagnosis and treatment of rheumatologic conditions, sports medicine injuries and the spine, with Friday morning's talks covering healthy aging and the musculoskeletal system.
The program is designed for internists, family physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and physical therapists. There will be time for interaction with the faculty and opportunities to test your knowledge.
At the conclusion of this activity, participants will be able to:
- Understand the utility of most rheumatology
tests and what clinical information is needed to make this diagnosis
- Identify the normal radiographic findings associated with aging
- Select the proper tools for managing back pain, regardless of the cause
- Determine the criteria for return-to-play
for an athlete suffering a head injury
