The Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at OHSU specializes in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of disorders of the digestive tract and liver. Our physicians and staff diagnose and treat disorders of the pancreas, liver, gallbladder, esophagus, stomach, small intestine and colon.

The OHSU Gastroenterology Fellowship Program prepares individuals for careers in Gastroenterology and Hepatology. Graduates of this program will be trained and fully equipped to function as clinical Gastroenterologists. GI fellows participate in both inpatient and outpatient training experiences and research projects.
The Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Clinical Nutrition faculty are involved in a broad range of clinical care, education and research activities. Division faculty provide patient care at both OHSU and the Portland VA Medical Center.
