Robert Ross, MD


Dr. Ross received his Medical Degree from the University of Toronto, Canada in 1984. He completed his family practice residency at the University of Alberta Family Medicine Program, Royal Alexandra Hospital in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada and a teaching fellowship in 1987.

Prior to moving to Klamath Falls in 1995, he was the director of the Grey Nuns Hospital Family Medicine Residency Clinic and Associate Professor at the University of Alberta. He was hired in 1995 as Associate Residency Director at the Cascade East Residency Program in Klamath Falls and became Program Director in April, 2001.

Dr. Ross' interests include postgraduate medical education, preventive medicine and extensive involvement in sports medicine while in Canada. He has a CAQ in Sports Medicine and is the OIT college Team MD. He has also completed a Masters of Medical Education through the University of Southern California.

His personal interests include mountain biking, down hill and cross country skiing and most outdoor activities.
