Please be sure your doctor's office has sent an order to our office before scheduling with us. If your doctor requested that you get an X-ray before your appointment, it does not need to be scheduled and can be done on a walk-in basis. For Interventional Radiology, please call 503-494-7660. For ECHO/EKG and DEXA Scans, please call 503-494-8311. These exams are not done through Diagnostic Imaging.

Our patient shielding policy has changed in Diagnostic Imaging Services.
Locations and hours
Imaging is located on the 10th floor of the main hospital.
All hours are Monday - Friday unless otherwise indicated.
X-Ray (walk-in only): 6:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Fluoroscopy: 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
MRI: 7:00 a.m. - 11:30 p.m. (weekend appointments available)
CT: 8:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Ultrasound: 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (Saturday only)
Pediatric Imaging is located on the 7th floor at the Beaver sign in DCH.

Digitizing Request Form
Have you had an imaging study done at another institution prior to your visit? Our radiologists would like to compare them with the exam you have scheduled with us. We will gladly help you and your primary care physician import images for our radiologists. Please fill out one our digitization forms and drop it off with your CD/DVD.
Exam images can be sent to OHSU electronically if we have a direct electronic connection with another facility. Here is our current list of imaging facilities we are currently connected with. Please contact the original facility's Image Library to request your images be sent to OHSU.

Making sure you get the best healthcare is important to us! We'd love to see you get all your care here at OHSU but we understand it's not always possible.
