Kami Hamilton, a clinical dietitian at Legacy Meridian Park, discussed with Caitlin Feldman at The Times Tigard - Tualatin (a local news group) the best ways for becoming and staying healthy. Hint: it doesn't mean following fad diets. Hamilton and Erin Foiles, another Legacy Meridian Park Registered Dietitian, also assembled a short list of food myths to watch out for, including eggs, carbohydrates, calories, and fasting. Hamilton says that the best way of being healthy is making small and simple lifestyle changes.
