Education and background
Richard Cook earned his DDS from Loyola University and his Certificate in Orthodontics from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He was a restorative clinical instructor at Tufts Dental School.
Teaching and professional affiliations
Dr. Cook is an assistant professor with the OHSU Department of Orthodontics. He had private practices' in West Linn and Canby. Dr. Cook is a Board Certified Orthodontist He has been active in Rotary International Rotary Foundation Board, the Clackamas Rotary Foundation, Canby Chamber of commerce, and the ODA Dental Care Council. Dr. Cook is an examiner for the Oregon board of Dentistry and holds memberships in the Oregon Dental Association and the Clackamas County Dental Society.
