The Information Technology Group (ITG) is committed to supporting OHSU-affiliated students, researchers, and post-docs with their computer needs. We provide phone support to OHSU students 24x7.Students

Computing Guidelines for Students

  • Hardware should have OHSU-supported operating system (see above)
  • Portable devices (laptops, tablets) should be equipped with wireless capabilities.
  • Hardware should have the ability to back up data using physical devices (e.g. USB, CD/DVD)
  • Students should have basic knowledge of their operating systems
  • Students should be familiar with connecting to wireless systems
  • Students are responsible for complying with OHSU's Email Etiquette Guidelines. Each school may have additional hardware and software requirements. Please contact your program for more information (School of Nursing students, read more about hardware requirements.)
