ThinkFirst Oregon will give away 500 free bike helmets to children and teenagers at the Drive Revolution event. The helmet giveaway will be part of concussion awareness and prevention activities presented by ThinkFirst Oregon, which is based at Oregon Health & Science University and is dedicated to educating Oregon youth in the prevention of brain and spinal cord injuries.
To get a free helmet, kids and their parents will need to participate in two of the many safety activities at the ThinkFirst Oregon booth. No admission to OMSI is required.
The free helmets will be provided by ThinkFirst Oregon and the Transportation Safety Division within the Oregon Department of Transportation.
OMSI’s Drive Revolution event will showcase the latest in sustainable transportation options in bikes, cars, public transportation and more.
