There are several online training courses you need to complete in our online training system, Compass. You will need your network credentials first to access the system. Be sure to complete the onboarding process and that you have received a network ID with password. If you need to, please contact your clinical placement program coordinator.

Compass training for all positions

All participants need to complete the following list of courses in Compass to being their program:

• Omnicell Nurse Patient Care Training
• Glucometer 2020
• Information Privacy and Security Essentials 2019
• Respect at the University
• Integrity Foundations
• Integrity Booster 2020
• Abuse, Neglect, and Domestic Violence
• USP 800 Hazardous Drugs Handling in the Healthcare Setting

Additional training in Compass

A couple of programs require additional training in order to start.

Inpatient clinical positions must complete the Omnicell and Epicare training in Compass in addition to the required training already listed.

Ambulatory clinical positions must also complete the Epic Ambulatory training in Compass in addition to the required training already listed.
