Room Availability | Calendars
The Vollum Institute's seminar room and smaller conference rooms are available from 8:00 AM until 6:00 PM most days unless noted otherwise. Room reservations for seminars and classes take precedence over those for study groups.
Please confirm that the meeting room you would like to reserve is available before submitting a request to reserve a room for your event.

How to navigate the room calendars
Click the blue and white arrow buttons under the calendar title to navigate through the weeks. To view the calendar by month, click the "Month" tab on the top right. "Agenda" view is a great way to see multiple events scheduled back-to-back on any given day.
