Residency Interviews

Dr. Kahn and residents

All Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) applications are reviewed by the Radiation Medicine Residency Committee. Invitations to interview with the program are sent to selected candidates in November via an online scheduling portal. Approximately 15-20 applicants are selected for personal interviews, per residency slot available. Interviews will be conducted by faculty physicians, current residents and select department staff.

OHSU is committed to recruitment practices that are equitable, demonstrate our commitment to responsible stewardship of resources, and reduce negative impacts on the global environment. OHSU GME has directed all our residency and fellowship programs to utilize virtual interview practices for the upcoming recruitment season. We believe this approach will attract a diverse pool of applicants, decrease applicant financial barriers, and minimize applicant’s time away from educational and clinical activities while reducing the carbon footprint of recruitment.
