Joshuah Cobbs is currently the Department Administrator for Radiation Medicine at OHSU, overseeing external partnerships and collaborations, strategic planning, operations, finance, and personnel management. Prior to his role in Radiation Medicine, Joshuah served as Senior Value Stream Manager with OHSU’s Knight Cancer Institute where he focused on program model development and process improvement to streamline basic science, translational and clinical research efforts.
Joshuah brings his experience in process and quality improvement to his roles as an adjunct faculty member with OHSU’s Division of Management and as assistant director of Infrastructure for The Pediatric Brain Tumor Program at Doernbecher Children’s Hospital. He is also passionate about global health and serves as a quality trainer and advisor for Footsteps to Healing, a local nonprofit in partnership with Mekelle University in Ethiopia.
Joshuah lives in Portland, Oregon with his wife and their two children, who are his pride, joy, and adventure.
