Jessica is the Director of the Division of Management at Oregon Health & Science University. Jessica has more than fifteen years of experience in student development, higher education management, and teaching. Originally trained as a behavior change researcher, she approaches leadership as a quest for continuous improvement, bringing together teams to create purpose-driven cultures of excellence.
Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Oregon and a Master of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs. She joined the Division of Management in 2011 where she currently oversees Division operations and assurance of learning, supervises staff and adjunct faculty, and leads student services and enrollment management. She teaches courses and workshops in leadership and professional career development within the Division, and serves as a new manager mentor and conflict coach for the University.
