Biography

Dr. Bajema is an infectious disease-trained clinician and epidemiologist. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she served as an Epidemic Intelligence Service Officer in the Respiratory Diseases Branch at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. She currently supports antimicrobial stewardship at the Portland VA and is a co-PI on a VA Cooperative Studies Program investigating COVID-19 pharmacotherapy effectiveness.

Dr. Bajema enjoys exploring the trails and mountains of the Pacific Northwest, rain or shine.
