Join us for a group viewing of the recent AAMC webinar, Disrupting Bullying in Academic Medicine. Participants will learn to recognize workforce bullying, get introduced to strategies to mitigate bullying, whether you are the target, bully, upstander, or an institutional leader, and understand components of effective institutional anti-bullying policies.

The webinar should serve as a good complement to OHSU's own Stepping-In for Respect training. Those attending the webinar viewing who have not yet completed this training will get introduced to some important concepts that get expanded upon in the Stepping-In training. Those who have already completed Stepping-In will benefit from some additional context and examples of the importance of being an active bystander.
