The Department of Emergency Medicine recognizes Valerie Sweitzer, F.N.P., and Christa Fiske, P.A.-C., for their dedication and leadership to the OHSU ED Observation Unit. They have gone above and beyond in their contributions to the recruitment, education, and training of our ED Observation Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). They have also been influential in ensuring the smooth expansion of the ED observation areas, including a new unit on 6B. Their hard work and contribution is very appreciated!
