Wraparound is a team-based planning process for youth with complex mental health needs. Families enrolled in Wraparound receive intensive case management, which includes bringing together providers, family members, and community supports to address the holistic needs of the youth and family.

For more information about the Wraparound model, visit the Oregon Wraparound website. Wraparound is a state-sponsored program, funded by Medicaid and overseen by Oregon Health Authority (OHA).

The DAETA team is working with the Oregon Health Authority on a new project to monitor patient outcomes in Wraparound. The team will be developing an online data system to track and analyze statewide trends in patient clinical presentations using the Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths Tool (CANS).
