Dr. Will Wurster received his undergraduate degree in Chemistry and Physics at Rhodes College in Memphis, TN, where he also played on the soccer team. Following graduation, Dr. Wurster worked as an Emergency Department scribe and then moved back to his hometown of Kansas City to attend medical school at the University of Kansas. While in medical school, Dr. Wurster researched causes for delays in diagnosis of Slipped Capital Femoral Epiphysis (SCFE) in pediatric patients and this research motivated him to devote his career to the health and well-being of children and adolescents.
Dr. Wurster, his wife, Lindsey, and dog, Penny, are thrilled to be starting a new adventure in the Pacific Northwest and have already fell in the love with the vibrant food scene and outdoor activities that Portland has to offer.Read more
