Biography

Dr. Everson specializes in Family Medicine and Preventive Medicine, allowing her to care for individuals from birth across the lifespan, and allowing her to focus on all of the factors that influence health beyond modern medical intervention, including preventive measures such as vaccination, counseling regarding wellness and health maintenance, and health screening tools.

She understands that health is determined by much more than traditional western medicine, and that factors such as our physical environment, the food we eat, our physical activity, the work we do, our family and social connections, our housing, our safety, and our childhood environment including exposure to stress and trauma, determine our health and health behaviors across the lifespan.

In her free time Dr. Everson enjoys spending time with her family, backpacking, gardening, homebrewing, reading modern fiction, running, and community band.
