He explained everything to us about what was going on and what we had to do going forward. Answered all our questions. Very patient with our little boy and our toddler daughter.

We were late, our MA quickly came and got us. She was very kind and took her time with us. She also updated us that the doctor was ready to see us and that he would come in as soon as she was done. Really appreciated the update on doctors time even though we were late and had to reason to expect being seen in a timely manner.

My son was there for surgery. The doctors and nurses were fantastic, they were very attentive, made sure he was comfortable and not nervous before hand. Each doctor, nurse, and everyone else talk to us and let us know what was going on each step of the way. I have never been anywhere we’re this happens. We appreciate everything they did for us and our son

The Pediatric sedation nurses really needed to communicate BETTER with the Dr and his staff. We fed when we weren't supposed to. They collected a dirty urine sample. Seemed to not have the correct catheter. The rest of the staff and experience was great, this was a major hiccup. Overall this dept just seemed to need improvement.

  • Nov 13, 2018

Dr. Skoog explained everything well enough for us to understand the process and what was going on. He made sure we understood everything.

  • Oct 12, 2018

Thoroughly explained the issues and possible treatments and future monitoring

  • Oct 04, 2018

Excellent, except I was disappointed to find out he was retiring only after I came in and had the appointment. I would have rather seen his colleague initially. I wish the provider was more upfront about who would be doing the surgery from the beginning. It is fine that he is referring us to his colleague, I just wish that would have been made clear when we called to make the appointment and that we could have gone directly to his colleague.

  • Oct 04, 2018

I love that everyone was so nice and patient with my very squirmy two year old.

  • Sep 06, 2018

The facility is nice, although large and crowded, we are seen quickly and everyone is friendly. The only negative is that I had to tell both the doctors we saw that [Name] (our son) was born 10 weeks early. The first doctor didnt know at all and the second one we saw thought it was 4 weeks. I expect that a doctor would at least know my son's history before we come in to see them.

  • Aug 23, 2018

Everyone was incredibly warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel very comfortable and well cared for.
