Before scheduling your appointment, we recommend you contact your insurance company to verify that the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is included in your network. Your insurance company will also be able to inform you of any copayments, co–insurance, or deductibles that will be your responsibility. If you proceed in scheduling an appointment and your health insurance benefits do not participate with OHSU providers, your out of pocket liability may be higher. Visit the billing and insurance section of our site for more information.

Biography

Stephanie was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, but has also spent time in Baltimore, Maryland, as well as Los Angeles, where she worked for the Interventional Cardiology program at Cedars-Sinai for four years, prior to joining OHSU. Realizing that being diagnosed with a heart valve problem can be a stressful time for both patients and their families, she strives to work with the team to create a thoughtful and individualized experience for each patient that comes through the Heart Valve Program.

Outside the hospital, she enjoys traveling, running, trying new restaurants, and spending time outdoors with her family and dog.
