About me

Dr. Rebecca Marshall, M.D., M.P.H,  is a child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist who completed medical school, adult psychiatry residency and child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at OHSU.

Dr. Marshall provides psychiatric care to children and adolescents in Doernbecher Children's Hospital and the Doernbecher emergency department. She specializes in the evaluation and treatment of youth with acute psychiatric issues, as well as with medical and psychiatric comorbidities. She is the primary investigator for OHSU's Crisis and Transition Services (CATS) Outcomes Team, which leads the development and evaluation of the statewide CATS program. This program operates in several counties across Oregon, offering intensive  transitional outpatient mental health services to youth and families who have presented to emergency departments in mental health crisis. Dr. Marshall is also involved in several other projects to improve clinical and public health services for children and adolescents struggling with mental health issues.
