About me
Mikelle Adamczyk is a combat Army veteran who has provided anesthesia for the men and women who protect and serve out country. Over the past 12 years, Mikelle has administered anesthesia for all age groups in every surgical specialty. She loves the opportunity to help patients and families feel comfortable during a potentially stressful time.
In her spare time, Mikelle enjoys running competitively, reading and spending time with her family. She is new to the Pacific Northwest and is enjoying discovering all the outdoor recreational opportunities.

Before scheduling your appointment, we recommend you contact your insurance company to verify that the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is included in your network. Your insurance company will also be able to inform you of any copayments, co–insurance, or deductibles that will be your responsibility.
