Why aren't there any ratings?

There is no publicly available rating for this care provider for one of three reasons:

About me

Mr. Ingersoll specializes in Anesthesia care within the peri-operative environment on the OHSU campus.  He provides anesthesia care across a wide spectrum of patient populations and surgical services. Mr. Ingersoll resides in Hood River where he and his family have lived since relocating to Oregon in 2010. Mr. Ingersoll and his family are avid snowboarders and being only a 35 minute drive to Mt. Hood Meadows was a big draw for him and his family.  They also love the small town lifestyle.  Mr. Ingersoll roots hard for the Green Bay Packers.  He and his wife have 5 children ages 1-8, so there is rarely a dull moment in their lives, but they wouldn't have it any other way.
