Dr. Chiang I feel like is very thorough, very personable he... engaged with my child as well as myself, took lots of extra time and answered lots of questions. And so I was very pleased, we have seen him before and... we requested him to see my great grandson as well.

I feel extremely confident and impressed with the skills and kind and courteous presentation that Dr. Chlang treats me as a patient. And he certainly portrays and gives us a lot of confidence that he has great expertise in his field. I have muscle problems. And I am thankful to have been referred to him and anticipate to have surgery with him. And he will be in touch with me by phone.

  • Aug 10, 2018

Wait times are consistently too long. I've waited for appointments for over 2 hours.

  • Aug 08, 2018

It was good for the most part; however, Dr. Chiang's response to his exam on our baby left us a little frustrated. While doing the exam, he'd give us updates that sounded like he was concerned for her eye health. As the exam progressed, we got more and more worried as he did more advanced testing. By the end, he said he was "mostly happy with the exam," which worried us as to what he might say was wrong, but then he told us everything was perfect. The language he used to describe the exam the entire time worried us from start to finish, and left us feeling a little shaken. He simply wasn't very good at comforting us as patients, even though we were seeing him for potential blindness of our newborn. We won't be going back to Dr. Chiang again.
