Dr urbinelli is one of the best plastic surgeons I have had. The last surgeon made me feel bad for asking for more...and I don?t ask much but he was so easy to talk to and explain what I wanted and made it happen!

The doctor was pleasant but we waited close to AN HOUR to see him. We were left in the patient room for 45 minutes before I went to reception and asked why we hadn?t been seen. 10 minutes later the doctor?s resident came in to see us and we saw the doctor another 10 minutes later. He was friendly, but the wait was ridiculous, especially since no one came back to tell us about the delay or called before the appointment to tell us the doctor was running an hour late.

Dr. Urbanelli is amazing and really took the time to answer all of our questions and explain the next phase. We did have to wait 30 minutes after our scheduled appointment. Dr. Urbanelli looked exhausted and I am concerned that he has too many patients in a day that he has to see.

Dr. Urbinelli really put our mind at ease as we are preparing for our son's surgery on October 2nd. He is very thorough with his explanation of what's going to happen you know the risks and benefits and we just love feeling like our child will be in the best care possible throughout this whole process.

As a mother who suffers from anxiety and depression and having a child who needs surgery on their head. After speaking with this provider, I felt at ease. I felt at peace. I felt like I could discuss what was going to be happening to my child with my family without tears because this provider instilled confidence in me with the confidence he had in himself. So very happy.
