Why aren't there any ratings?

There is no publicly available rating for this care provider for one of three reasons:

About me

I enjoy giving anesthesia to a variety of adult patients.  I enjoy practicing both the art and science of anesthesia.  Furthermore, taking care of one patient at a time really appeals to me as I can give my undivided attention.

 

During my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my wife who is also a CRNA and taking care of my 2 girls ages 5 and 11.  I enjoy traveling, hiking and exploring different eateries that Portland has to offer.

Your insurance company will also be able to inform you of any copayments, co–insurance, or deductibles that will be your responsibility.
