About me

Dr. Henry Milczuk is a pediatric otolaryngologist (ear, nose and throat specialist) at OHSU Doernbecher Children’s Hospital.

He cares for children who have problems with their:

  • Ears and hearing
  • Nose
  • Throat
  • Face
  • Neck
  • Airway

He focuses on treatments to improve hearing, speech and appearance. He works with other providers in the Craniofacial Disorders Clinic to get the best results for these children. He is strongly interested in helping children with cleft lip and palate. He maintains a database on outcomes for cleft palate patients.

He formerly served as Surgeon-in-Chief at Doernbecher. He has:

  • Taught pediatric facial plastic surgery in Vietnam.
  • Helped create a national registry for patients with juvenile onset recurrent respiratory papillomatosis.

He trained at the University of Washington and met his wife in Seattle.
