It was the... one of... one of the best experiences at a doctor's office that I've had this far with my kids situation.

They are very helpful, never in my life have I ever had a better doctor. 100% would recommend. They are extremely nice and understanding.

Doctor was very personable and treated my child as a person rather than just a blob in the room. specifically asked her questions rather than me sometimes and made her a part of the appointment Which was important.

We did have a bit of a wait about 45 minutes, but they were very kind and very polite, and tried to make us comfortable and I thought that was nice. Dr. Baines has always been and continues to be the probably the best doctor that my son has ever seen. Very kind, very personable, always remembers him, seems glad to see him, competent, very confident, and we really liked her, and we would definitely recommend her. That's all.

Yes, Dr. Baines was great. We had a very good experience with her. We would definitely recommend her to other people. I tend to not give tens on review so an 8 is actually a very very good rating. So we would definitely recommend her and it was nice that they were on time and prompt and responsive.

My son is terrified of doctors and for the first time in his whole life he was able to hear a doctor and know that the doctor heard him and she totally helped with all of his panic attacks and everything. I would recommend her with a thousand stars. She is truly and utterly amazing person. Thank you.

She always puts my daughter as the focus of the appointment, as she should be, as the patient. It's not me. She does follow up to see if I had concerns after she fully listens to [Name]. I love that, I can tell [Name] feels important And heard too! Thank you!!
