About me

Dr. Low is originally from Sacramento, California. He completed his undergraduate education at the University of California, Berkeley. He then attended the Keck School of Medicine of USC for his medical training, and completed a residency in Otorhinolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston in Houston, TX. He has worked for many years in quality improvement and now dedicates time to improving healthcare delivery and functional outcomes for complex head and neck cancer patients. Dr. Low spends his free time cooking, baking, and hiking with his family and small dog.
