I was very, very, satisfied with the procedure that was done with Dr. Lam. He's a wonderful doctor. I would I would not hesitate to recommend him to any friend of mine, and I'm looking forward to the full operation hopefully in the next month or so. Other than that, I'm completely satisfied. Thank you very much.

He took great care of my son during surgery. He was very fast, which helped limit the amount of time my son was under anesthesia.

Dr. Lam was thorough in his care from the first consult to the end of the procedure. He really made me feel like my daughter was in great care and he showed me she really was. I’m hopeful this procedure will improve my daughters condition and am truly, super appreciative in Dr. Lams role in making this possible.

Wonderful care. Dr Lam explained everything thing again as he had done in the pre-op. Nurses and caregivers were very personable.

    Very good service

He seemed very friendly and knowledgeable but he kept trying to get out of the room and I still had questions - he didn’t really go into detail as far as my son getting tubes it just seemed like he had somewhere else to be. The person helping us for our audiogram was wonderful very professional and great and patient with my son and did a great job of explaining each step. Dr. Lam seemed great but breezed through the appointment in a hurry. I understand that they were busy but it was a tad frustrating.
