Why aren't there any ratings?

There is no publicly available rating for this care provider for one of three reasons:

  1. They do not see patients.
  2. They see patients but have not yet received the minimum number of patient experience reviews. To be eligible for display, we require a minimum of 30 surveys. This ensures that the rating is statistically reliable and an accurate reflection of patient experience.

About me

Daniella Gardner graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo in 2008 and completed her Dietetic Internship at OHSU. She has spent most of her career working as an inpatient Dietitian, obtaining a wide range of experience with many different medical conditions. She hopes to provide clear and consistent nutrition guidance in both clinic visits and hospital admissions. Daniella loves to spend her free time hiking with her family and dog and keeping up with the food scene in Portland.

Before scheduling your appointment, we recommend you contact your insurance company to verify that the OHSU Health location or provider you plan to visit is included in your network. Your insurance company will also be able to inform you of any copayments, co–insurance, or deductibles that will be your responsibility. If you proceed in scheduling an appointment and your health insurance benefits do not participate with OHSU providers, your out of pocket liability may be higher.
