Biography

Aurora’s interest are in working with diverse and underserved communities to address health disparities and barriers to improve health. Her experience has come from working at the Salem Hospital and assisted living facilities as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Aurora has experienced first-hand the challenges underserved communities face when navigating our healthcare system due to language barrier and access to health insurance. She has also interned at Zenger Farms (CSA Partnerships for Health Program) to address barriers in accessing healthy and affordable foods in low-income communities.

In her spare time, Aurora enjoys spending time with her family and her dog Charlie. Aurora enjoys running, hiking and strength training.
