Fantastic experience with Dr. Mirarchi. Love his interaction with his patients, love his explanation and his knowledge and ability to convey that to the patient, just overall fantastic.

  • Jun 12, 2019

Dr Mirarchi is very knowledgeable, compassionate and comprehensive.

  • Jun 12, 2019

Dr. Mirarchi is a first rate surgeon and has fixed a number of broken bones. This’s was to rake out a plate. He actually listens and is willing to change when warranted. He also has a wicked sense of humor. As I’m all completely “fixed” now it was my last visit. I’ll miss his no-nonsense approach and the repartee.

I was very happy with Dr. Mirachi and the staff was great, the nurses were great and the care I got seemed to be really, really good. Anesthesiologist was awesome, and I was just very happy because I'm very far away from home. So, I really appreciate the good care. Thank you very much.

  • Jun 08, 2019

Dr. Mirarchi was very competent. He's an extremely good technician. I had 2 surgeries with him. I was very pleased with the outcome of both for a difficult diagnosis. It was very caring and compassionate and follow through and answer all of my questions very thoroughly. I would highly recommend them already have recommended him to two of my friends. Thank you.

Nurses were all great drs seemed to be in a hurry but nice

  • May 22, 2019

Doctor was very straight forward. He was willing to change his mind about my "trigger thumb". Many doctors are not able to say 'I see now that my first diagnosis was not accurate.' He didn't say that, but that's what his second decision about that part of my problem said to me about him: that he's not ego driven. He was very direct about the surgery that he will perform on the rest of my thumb. He instilled confidence in me and I'm not an easy sell.

  • May 22, 2019

I thought my visit with Dr. Mirarchi was very professional. I found him to be very knowledgeable, reassuring about the impending surgery I would be having on my hands. My husband was also with me during the appointment and we both liked him and we're quite impressed with him. We've seen several other orthopedic surgeons and I feel very comfortable with his ability to do surgery on my hand.

  • May 16, 2019

He is an outstanding doctor and surgeon. He is pragmatic, up front, empathetic and straight talking. I appreciate the fact that he delays surgery until all other options are exhausted and that he is open and honest about the possible risks and possible benefits. He also has a sense of humour, which I appreciate. He is not stiff and robotic, he makes me feel like a person and not just a problem.

  • May 14, 2019

Very personable, good explanations, made sure I understood the options.

  • Apr 11, 2019

Dr. Mirarchi listened to me explain my symptoms. He told me what he thought was wrong and gave me a plan of action to treat me. I really appreciated that. He gave me hope.

  • Apr 11, 2019

OHSU and in particular Dr. Mirarchi are simply the best. I always feel like I am given all options and I'm allowed to chart my own best course of action.

  • Mar 21, 2019

This provider saw me even though I was half an hour early. He is knowledgeable and explanatory and I feel he did a thorough job explaining the pros and cons of surgery.

  • Mar 20, 2019

Dr. Mirarchi was willing to do surgery on my shoulder when other doctors said surgery wouldn't help. I finally feel like I am on my way to feeling better after almost a year!He took the time to explain everything to me which was very helpful because I was feeling confused about what was causing me so much pain. I really appreciated how friendly and genuine he was.

  • Mar 18, 2019

    everything was fine, no problems.

  • Mar 17, 2019

He is amazing. I've had his surgical skills before and I keep coming back whenever I need them and I would come back again. Thank you.

  • Mar 16, 2019

He was concerned, knowledgeable, and comfortable. Answered all my detailed questions without defensiveness. I am a critical care RN, so I asked for specifics. He spoke to me as a peer and I appreciated that. I cancelled my consult with Mayo Clinic in PHX after my appointment.

  • Mar 08, 2019

Everything is fine, but I would like another conversation with Adam about the longevity of the metal parts in the bone of my shoulder.

  • Mar 05, 2019

Very friendly and professional. Answered our questions. We knew we were in good hands.

  • Feb 27, 2019

    Top notch

  • Feb 22, 2019

Dr. Mirarchi injected my middle finger right hand for a trigger finger problem. He had a resident with him, Dr. Phillip. Both were kind, attentive, caring, and professional.

  • Feb 16, 2019

Very honest, pleasant and to the point.

  • Feb 16, 2019

For me, he was an excellent doctor who treated me, thank you.

  • Feb 01, 2019

I felt...feel like I was misread about what I was going to gain as a result of having the surgery.

  • Jan 31, 2019

He is an excellent doctor with a very good bedside manner.

  • Jan 24, 2019

Very patient and explains the whole process.

  • Jan 23, 2019

    It was great.

  • Jan 20, 2019

Everything is done in a professional and timely manner. I have yet to meet anyone who isn't professional and yet very friendly.

  • Jan 19, 2019

They say the surgery went good. The only things that I have, or that I didn't ... I don't know exactly where I'm cut open at, so, you know, that would have been kind of nice to be able to speak to doctor afterwards, but I understand he's got ... he's got a (INAUDIBLE) time to stick around. Either that, or I should have brought it up in the first place, to see exactly where I was going to get split open at, where to keep pressure off of, exactly what happened during the surgery, and (INAUDIBLE) describe my pain medications before the surgery and I didn't get any for after, so I ran out the day after surgery, so that part's excruciating. So, other than that, yeah, it was pretty good.

  • Jan 18, 2019

    Very excellent doctor

  • Jan 18, 2019

He understood the problem. He was concise in his evaluation and more importantly he spoke English and not Dr. speak.

  • Jan 17, 2019

He was the surgeon who fixed my thumb. He was honest and respectful when I asked about alternate methods and explained why he made his choice. He was sharp and knew his stuff.

  • Jan 17, 2019

Dr. Mirarchi was always prepared to answer my questions and did not jump to surgery as a quick fix. We only chose surgery after other care options and PT did not achieve the desired results with my shoulder. He was very informative and explained things as we progressed.
