Jenny Lam 2023

Dr. Jenny Lam

Dr. Lam was born and raised in Seattle, WA. She is the oldest of 4 girls, whose name all start with the letter J. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology at the University of Washington, followed by her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at Washington State University in Spokane, WA. During pharmacy school, she found great interest in expanding health care services and opportunities to underserved populations; such as, partnering with local pharmacies to create COVID vaccine clinics. Currently she is pursuing the PGY-1 & 2 Health Administration and Leadership residency meanwhile obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Oregon State University. Her major research project is, "Antibiotic Choice for Penicillin Allergic Patients in for GBS Prophylaxis, With and Without Skin Testing Intervention." Her clinical interest is in oncology and ambulatory care services. In her free time, she enjoys going on runs, weightlifting and yelping new restaurants to check out. 

Lucy Ernst 2023

Dr. Ernst grew up in Cedar Rapids, IA. She completed two years of undergraduate studies, followed by obtaining a dual Doctor of Pharmacy and Masters in Public Health degree, all at the University of Iowa. Currently she is pursuing a PGY1 and PGY2 in Health System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership at OHSU along with a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) at Oregon State University. Lucy is passionate about expanding pharmacy services to improve patient care, access, and outcomes through systems level initiatives. Her clinical interests are broad, with passions for critical care, transitions of care and family medicine. Her major research project is "Safety of Extended Use Acetazolamide in Acute Decompensated Heart Failure".  She is currently serving as the Vice-Chair of the Pharmacy Administration  and Leadership Residents' Collaborative (PALRC), under ASHP. In her free time, Lucy likes to hike, skii (both snow and water) and hang out with her dog, Scout!

Tiana Enos-Dano 2023

Originally from Oahu, Hawaii, Dr. Enos-Dano completed her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry followed by her Doctor of Pharmacy from the Daniel K Inouye College of Pharmacy with a focus in Healthcare Leadership. During pharmacy school breaks, she worked at Straub Medical Center where she developed a passion for Health Systems Administration. In residency, she continues to learn about administration through pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Oregon State University. Professional interests include supply chain management, workflow optimization, and project management. Dr. Enos-Dano’s major project is the implementation of a pharmacy workflow management system in an academic medical center. In her free time, she enjoys baking, traveling internationally, and hanging out with friends.
