Biography

Dr. Cook's practice, limited to facial plastic and reconstructive surgery, involves all aspects of repair of congenital, traumatic and cancer defects of the face. His main interest in facial plastic surgery is in rhinoplasty surgery (both primary and revision) and all aspects of reconstructive surgery.
